Refund policy
Items can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for store credit
Returns after the 14 days of delivery date will not be accepted.
Items must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery to the customer for store credit to be given.
CONDITION: Items must be unworn (it's ok to try on), unwashed and in original new condition with tags still attached. We will not accept items with makeup stains, perfume or smoke scents, pet hair, body odor ect.
EXCLUSIONS: Sale items, jewelry, scarves, belts, socks, sunglasses hair accessories, undergarments and gift certificates are final sale and can not be returned.
For custom made items (any custom order tailored to you, and all hand dyed apparel), limited edition items, collaborations, grab bags, all sales are final.
For holiday apparel purchased outside of the holiday season, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Thank you for understanding!
For SALES over 20% off, we do not accept exchanges or returns. Please see the size and color charts to accurately place your order.
SHIPPING CHARGES:
You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item(s). Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. You may send your package back to us using the most economical shipping method of your choice. Please record tracking information, as we are not responsible for lost items. If you had FREE SHIPPING on the order and this return causes you to go below the free shipping minimum, any online credit you receive will be less the estimated shipping charges for ground shipping.
